The Mind

The mind is a strong and powerful thing. Something that contains so much, but doesn't show it half of what it can do. The mind has so much potential, but doesn't use it. And yet, our minds meld us to who we are. Or is it the other way around? Do we actually meld our minds by are actions and words?

Well if you speak something then that thing will come to pass. The melding of the mind is a lifelong process that never stops. Ever wonder why you change throughout the years? Well this is because your mind has melded to a new state. But you have to be careful what you let your mind change to. Your mind can play tricks on you. Some people even say that our worst enemy is our own mind.

Why you might ask.

With all the potential that our minds have we frequently will over think or under think situations that come our way. Because of this your mind can lead you into some serious trouble. This includes a change of focus, a loss of interest in things, a loss of energy so that you are always tired, and can even go as far as thoughts to kill yourself. These thoughts occur at different times in your life based on what changes your mind has gone through.

So what do we have to do to make sure our mind doesn't change to this bad state?

If you speak against your mind of these terrible things then they will not come to pass. Yet, remember that you might have to say it more than once. Sometimes you have to constantly say to yourself “Lord get these thoughts out of my head as they are not of you" for these thoughts to completely go away.

Also make sure that if you say something, then take action on what you said (unless what you speak will end up bringing pain to yourself). If you speak something do what you said you were going to do. If you don't, you might disappoint someone, or even disappoint yourself.

Also remember this about Random Thoughts.

Random things that pop-up in your mind. Set a control of what you let come out, and actually ponder about. We need not let certain thoughts come fully develop as those thoughts can cause corruption. Corruption is something that must be avoided at all costs. Putting a watch over your thoughts is something that you have to do in your everyday lives, or you might regret what you said to someone. Don't be one of those people, focus and pay attention before you say something, or just pay attention to what you think about. Your thoughts can end up controlling how you act. Let you thoughts be pure, then your actions will be pure, and your life will slowly turn to being pure.
